"This app is a great instructional aide for photographers who are looking to challenge themselves and diversify their daily shots. It would be perfect for people off on holiday who do not want the ‘same old same old’ tourists shots plus the app doesn’t need any 3G / wifi to work. It certainly isn’t for people who are looking for an app to ‘colour’ their pics or to do the hard work, but what you will get is a prompt to think photographically daily coupled with some good starting points for how to approach these items."

About The Guy Behind This App

Hello. My name is Noel Chenier.
I have a passion for photography, and I love infecting other people with that passion. That's why I created these apps!
Like most people, I have a dream...and that dream is to one day be able to just teach photography. I'm hoping these apps can make that dream come true! So thanks for helping out!
About me...well, I've worked as a staff photographer for my province's newspaper since 1997. Over my career, I've covered a broad range of subjects, including peace keeping in war-torn Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovar refugees, royal visits, leadership conventions, and major sporting events. My work has appeared in newspapers, magazines, online, and exhibited across the world. You can check out some of my favs at www.noelchenier.ca
As an instructor, I mainly teach photography courses for the general public, but I have also taught and lectured at many universities and colleges. If you care about pieces of paper, I have a Bachelor of Adult Education and a Masters of Education from the University of New Brunswick.
You can see the awesome work done by my students on the gallery at www.learnphoto.ca/gallery Check out www.learnphoto.ca for tons of good photo info, and my blog which I try to update on a regular basis.

ARE YOU DEVELOPING THESE APPS FOR ANDROID TOO?
When I began developing the apps, I tried to do both at the same time. However I ran into issues with the Android version, so I decided focused on the iOS versions. Now that these are done, I will turn back to the Android version! If you would like to know when it's ready, email me and I will put you on my notification list.

ARE YOU DEVELOPING OTHER PHOTOGRAPHY APPS?
Yes! I have more than a few ideas on future apps! If you want to be kept up to date on what new things I'm working, email me and I will put you on my notification list.

DO YOU TEACH ONLINE COURSES?
Currently in development! If you are interested, please email me and I will put you on my notification list. Stay tuned!
CANON OR NIKON?
Both are great systems! I shoot Nikon personally, Canon at work. You can't go wrong with either, despite what people on the internet say! Next question!
